By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or purchasing products/services from Dallas Built Mobile Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

We provide mobile mechanic services, mobile tire services, diagnostics, maintenance, roadside assistance, and related automotive services based on availability and service area.

All services are mobile unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee service in every location.

Quotes provided by phone, text, email, or website are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

Final pricing may change if:

• Vehicle details were incorrect or incomplete
• Additional issues are discovered
• Parts prices change
• Labor scope changes
• Vehicle condition prevents standard repair procedures

Customer approval will be requested before additional charges are applied when possible.

Appointment times are estimated arrival windows, not guaranteed exact times. Traffic, weather, previous jobs, parts delays, and emergencies may affect timing.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays.

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Ensure safe and legal access to the vehicle
• Be authorized to approve repairs
• Secure pets/children during service when necessary
• Disclose known issues relevant to the repair

We may decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, transfer apps, or other approved methods.

Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts or additional fees where allowed by law.

Parts may be customer-supplied or provided through us.

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible parts when offered by the manufacturer. Labor warranties, if any, are limited to the specific service performed and do not cover unrelated failures, abuse, neglect, accidents, or pre-existing issues.

Warranty claims may require inspection.

Labor already performed is generally non-refundable once completed.

Refunds for parts, deposits, cancellations, or special situations are handled case-by-case and may depend on supplier policies, special-order status, and work already completed.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dallas Built Mobile Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, towing, missed appointments, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with site operations.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, abusive behavior, unavailable parts, scheduling conflicts, nonpayment history, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
